The project is an ERASMUS-SPORT-2023-SSCP (proposal number: 101133429) initiative and
the main purpose of the project is to improve the condition of youth by promoting processes
of social inclusion and prevention of youth discomfort, intervening on social and relational
factors using sport, and to counteract the phenomenon of early sports abandonment
amongst youngsters.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
Improve the condition of youth by promoting processes of social inclusion and prevention of
youth discomfort, intervening on social and relational factors using the pleasant and unifying
channel of sport activity. It aims to counteract the phenomenon of early sports
abandonment in the 13-17 age group, through the promotion of the value of sports, to be
considered as a growth tool from a physical, psychological and social point of view.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
– Promote sport as a means of social inclusion for 200 13-17 years old at risk of drop-out;
– Train 37 instructors on transversal topics concerning sport and team building.
To achieve these objectives, the Project proposes to:
-Create and strengthen information and awareness-raising actions on the importance of
sport and physical activity for subjective well-being, against the damage caused by
hypokinesia following the drop out.
– Enrich the sports offer by combining the classic physical activity with ludic-sports activities
– Instructor training activities on relational issues and indoor and outdoor team building
activities with which to involve young people at risk.
