CivicDesign4HER is an Erasmus+ KA220-ADU project focused on adult education and civic engagement. It aims to empower migrant women through systemic design and civic literacy. The project addresses social exclusion, gender inequality, and low civic participation.
The project develops a methodology handbook for adult educators. It includes a blended training programme, e-learning platform, and digital badges. Innovative tools like a board game, web game, and living labs are central activities. Migrant women are positioned as active co-creators, not passive beneficiaries. Expected impact includes improved educator skills, inclusive local learning centres, and stronger civic participation.
